By booking with SonlandPark Guesthouse, guests agree to the following terms:

🛏️ General House Rules

• Check-in and check-out times will be confirmed via WhatsApp.
• Gates open at 05:00 and close at 22:00 daily.
  • Special arrangements outside these hours can be made via WhatsApp.
• No towels, cutlery, or guesthouse property may be removed from the premises.
• Guests must remain in contact via WhatsApp for any updates, requests, or changes.
• Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 06:00 to respect all guests.

💳 Booking & Payment

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• Refunds are subject to management discretion and may incur a handling fee.

🚫 Liability

• SonlandPark Guesthouse is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property during their stay.
